Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
2. Placement: Place the corker on a sturdy, level surface. The base should be stable and not wobble.
3. Adjusting Height:
   • Identify the height adjustment button/pin on the side of the capping head assembly.
   • Press the button to disengage the pin from the vertical column.
   • Slide the capping head assembly up or down to the desired height. The height should be adjusted so that there is enough clearance for your bottle, but not too much, to ensure efficient capping.
   • Release the button, ensuring the pin securely locks into one of the holes on the vertical column.

2. Place Crown Cork: Place a crown cork into the magnetic holder located at the bottom of the capping head. The magnet will hold it in place.
3. Position Bottle: Place the bottle centrally on the base of the corker, directly beneath the crown cork.
4. Adjust Height (if necessary): If you haven't already, adjust the height of the capping head so that it sits just above the bottle opening, allowing for a snug fit when the lever is depressed.

   • With one hand, hold the bottle steady on the base.
   • With the other hand, firmly and smoothly pull the lever downwards. You will feel the crown cork being pressed onto the bottle.
   • Apply sufficient pressure until the cork is securely crimped around the bottle neck. The reinforced spring ensures an easy release.
   • Release the lever and remove the capped bottle.
6. Check Seal: Always check the seal of the crown cork to ensure it is tight and secure.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the corker with a damp cloth to remove any spills or residue. Do not immerse the corker in water. This product is not dishwasher safe.
• Lubrication: Periodically, a small amount of food-grade lubricant can be applied to the moving parts (e.g., the pivot points of the lever and the sliding mechanism) to ensure smooth operation.
