3. Assembly and Setup
Proper assembly ensures safe and effective operation of your hand blender.
3.1 Attaching Accessories
- For Immersion Blender: Align the motor unit with the immersion blender shaft. Push them together and twist clockwise until they lock securely into place.
- For Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box. Then, align the whisk gear box with the motor unit and twist clockwise to lock.
- For Chopper: Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl. Add ingredients. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated. Finally, align the motor unit with the chopper lid and twist clockwise to lock.

3.2 Before First Use
- Wash all detachable parts (immersion blender shaft, whisk, chopper bowl, chopper blade, measuring cup) in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
4. Operating Instructions
The YISSVIC Hand Blender features a powerful 1000W motor with 9-speed settings and a Turbo function for optimal control.

4.1 Speed Control
- Rotary Dial (9 Speeds): Turn the dial on top of the motor unit to select one of the 9 variable speeds. Lower speeds are suitable for soft ingredients or small quantities, while higher speeds are for harder ingredients or larger volumes.
- Low Speed Button: Press and hold this button for continuous low-speed operation. Ideal for delicate mixing.
- High Speed / Turbo Button: Press and hold this button for maximum power. Use for tough ingredients or when a quick burst of power is needed.
4.2 Using the Immersion Blender
The immersion blender is ideal for blending soups, sauces, smoothies, and baby food directly in pots, bowls, or the provided measuring cup.
- Attach the immersion blender shaft to the motor unit.
- Place the blender into the ingredients. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line to prevent splashing.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press and hold either the Low Speed or High Speed/Turbo button, or select a speed with the rotary dial and then press the corresponding button to start.
- Move the blender gently up and down to ensure even blending.
- Release the button to stop. Unplug after use.

4.3 Using the Whisk Attachment
The whisk is suitable for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing light batters.
- Attach the whisk to the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor unit.
- Place the whisk into the ingredients in a bowl.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press and hold the desired speed button to start. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.
- Move the whisk in a circular motion to incorporate air.
- Release the button to stop. Unplug after use.
4.4 Using the Chopper Attachment
The chopper is designed for processing smaller quantities of food such as herbs, nuts, cheese, and cooked meats.

- Place the chopper blade onto the central pin in the chopper bowl.
- Add ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
- Secure the chopper lid onto the bowl, then attach the motor unit to the lid.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Press and hold the desired speed button to start. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold longer for finer results.
- Release the button to stop. Unplug after use.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will extend the life of your YISSVIC Hand Blender.
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or other liquids.
- Detachable Parts (Immersion Blender Shaft, Whisk, Chopper Bowl, Chopper Blade, Measuring Cup): These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water, then rinsed and dried thoroughly.
