2. Safety Instructions

  • Pressure Adjustment Knob: Located at the top rear, this knob allows you to adjust the stapling force for different materials.
  • Non-slip Handle: Provides a secure and comfortable grip during operation.
  • Convenience Handle Lock: Secures the handle in a closed position for safe storage.
  • Ultra-thick Crush Pad: Ensures stable contact with the work surface.
  • Quick-view Window: Allows you to see the remaining staple count.
  • Drive Channel Switch: Selects the appropriate channel for different staple types.
  • Magazine Release Latch: Used to open the magazine for loading staples.

5. Setup

5.1 Loading Staples

Follow these steps to load staples into your staple gun:

  1. Press the staple load mouth (magazine release latch) at the rear of the staple gun.
  2. Release and remove the loading rod from the magazine.
  3. Insert the desired type of staples into the magazine, ensuring they are facing the correct direction.
  4. Replace the loading rod and push it firmly until it locks into place.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power Adjustment

The staple gun features a power adjustment knob to control the stapling force. Turn the screw lever (Pressure Adjustment Knob) to increase or decrease the power output. Use higher settings for harder materials and lower settings for softer materials to prevent over-penetration or damage.

6.2 Using Different Staple Types

This 4-in-1 staple gun is compatible with D-shaped, U-shaped, T-shaped staples, and Pin Brad Nails. Ensure you select the correct staple type for your application and adjust the drive channel switch if necessary.

  • D-type Staples (4-14mm): Ideal for general fastening, upholstery, and securing fabrics.
  • U-type Staples (10-12mm): Best for securing cables, wires, and low-voltage wiring.
  • T-type Staples (10-14mm): Suitable for brad nailing applications, trim work, and light carpentry.
  • I-type Pin Brad Nails (12-14mm): Used for delicate fastening where minimal visibility of the fastener is desired.

6.3 General Operation

Once loaded and power adjusted:

  1. Place the front of the staple gun firmly against the material you wish to fasten.
  2. Ensure the staple gun is perpendicular to the surface for proper staple penetration.
  3. Squeeze the handle firmly and completely to drive the staple.
  4. Release the handle to prepare for the next staple.

6.4 Using the Staple Remover

The included heavy-duty staple remover is designed for quick, clean, and safe removal of staples.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the staple gun with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Lubrication: Apply a small amount of light machine oil to moving parts occasionally to ensure smooth operation.
  • Storage: When not in use, ensure the staple gun is unloaded and the handle is locked. Store it in its original packaging or a suitable storage container in a dry environment to prevent rust and damage.
