Safety Information

Setup
Battery Installation
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Insert the provided Shadowhawk rechargeable lithium-ion battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the flashlight head (towards the LED).
- Alternatively, if using AAA batteries (not included), place three AAA batteries into the battery holder, then insert the holder into the flashlight with the positive (+) end facing the flashlight head.
- Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the power button located on the tail cap to turn the flashlight ON or OFF.
Modes of Operation
The Shadowhawk X800 features 5 useful lighting modes:
- High: Maximum brightness for powerful illumination.
- Medium: Balanced brightness for general use.
- Low: Reduced brightness for extended runtime or close-range tasks.
- Strobe: Flashing light for signaling or disorientation.
- SOS: International Morse code signal for emergencies.
To cycle through the modes, lightly press the power button (half-press) while the flashlight is ON. A full press will turn the flashlight off. After a few minutes of inactivity, the flashlight will reset to the High mode upon the next full power-on.

Zoom Function
The flashlight features an adjustable zoom function to switch between a wide floodlight and a focused spotlight beam.
- To widen the beam (floodlight), pull the head of the flashlight outwards.
- To narrow the beam (spotlight), push the head of the flashlight inwards.

Charging the Battery
The included Shadowhawk lithium-ion battery is rechargeable. Follow these steps to charge it:
- Remove the rechargeable battery from the flashlight.
- Insert the battery into the provided fast charger. Ensure correct polarity.
- Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light on the charger will be red during charging.
- Once fully charged (approximately 5 hours), the indicator light will turn green.
- Remove the battery from the charger and store it safely or reinsert it into the flashlight.
Charge the Shadowhawk battery using the provided charger until the indicator turns green.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a clean, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply silicone grease to the O-rings and screw threads to maintain water resistance and smooth operation.
- Battery Care: If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage. Store batteries in a cool, dry place.
- Water Resistance: The flashlight is IP65 rated for water resistance. Ensure the tail cap is fully tightened to maintain this protection. Avoid prolonged submersion.
