Setup
1. Charging the Glue Gun
Before first use, ensure the glue gun is fully charged. The battery indicator lights will show the charging status.
- Connect the charger to the USB charging port located at the rear of the glue gun.

- Allow the glue gun to preheat for about 2 minutes. The advanced PTC heating system ensures rapid heating.
- Once preheated, the working status indicator will change to indicate readiness (e.g., solid green).
2. Applying Glue
- Once the glue gun is preheated, gently press the trigger to dispense melted glue.
- The glue gun features a drip-free nozzle to minimize mess during use.
- The WORKPRO glue gun offers a fast dispensing speed of 0.18 oz/5 g per minute.
3. Automatic Power-Off Protection
The smart linkage switch automatically cuts off power after 8 minutes of inactivity. This feature protects the user and conserves energy.
4. Using the Integrated Stand
The glue gun includes a small bracket near the nozzle. This bracket can be folded down to act as a stand, allowing you to safely rest the hot glue gun on a surface without the hot nozzle touching it, preventing drips and potential damage.
5. Turning Off
To manually turn off the glue gun, press and hold the power switch for approximately 3 seconds. The automatic power-off feature will also activate after 8 minutes of inactivity.
Maintenance
