1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  • Check that all listed components are present and undamaged.
  • Remove any protective films or packaging materials from the appliance.

3.2 Assembly for Mincing

  • Place the motor unit on a stable, flat surface.
  • Insert the mincing head into the motor unit opening, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
  • Insert the blade onto the mincing head shaft, ensuring the sharp edges face outwards.
  • Place the desired mincing grid (fine, medium, or coarse) over the blade.
  • Secure all parts by screwing the locking ring clockwise until tight.
  • Place the feeding tray on top of the mincing head.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 General Operation

  • Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled for your desired function.
  • Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
  • Place a bowl or container under the output of the mincing head.
  • Turn the appliance ON using the power button.
  • Feed food into the feeding tray and gently push it down using the food pusher. Never use your hands.
  • After use, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.

4.2 Specific Functions

4.2.1 Meat Mincing

  • Prepare meat by cutting it into pieces that fit the feeding tray opening. Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
  • Assemble the mincing head with the desired mincing grid and blade.

  • Turn the appliance OFF.
  • Press and hold the reverse button. The motor will run in reverse to clear any jammed food.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
