Introduction

The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower system offers an enhanced showering experience with its innovative design. This dual shower head features a detachable hand shower that can be used independently or simultaneously with the main shower head, providing versatile water delivery options. Designed for convenience and efficiency, it includes features like Touch-Clean® spray holes for easy maintenance and a pause setting for water conservation.

Installation

The Delta In2ition Dual Shower Head is designed for easy DIY installation onto a standard shower arm. No specialized tools are required beyond standard plumber's tape and a towel.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide:

1. Prepare the Shower Arm: Ensure the water supply is turned off. Clean the existing shower arm threads to remove any old material.
2. Apply Plumber's Tape (Optional but Recommended): Wrap plumber's tape clockwise around the threads of the shower arm. Keep the tape within the threads to prevent water flow blockage.
3. Attach the New Shower Head: Hand-tighten the new Delta In2ition shower head onto the shower arm by turning it clockwise. Do not use a wrench or pliers for this step, as it may damage the unit.
4. Check for Leaks: Once installed, slowly turn on the water supply and check all connections for any leaks.

Operating Instructions

The In2ition Two-in-One Shower offers versatile functionality with its integrated design and multiple spray settings.

Dual Functionality:

• Detachable Hand Shower: The central part of the shower head detaches to become a handheld spray. It can be used separately for targeted rinsing or cleaning.
• Simultaneous Use: The hand shower can remain docked within the main shower head, allowing both components to deliver water simultaneously for a full, immersive spray.

Spray Settings:

The shower head features 4 powerful spray options, easily adjustable to suit your preference:

• Full Body Spray: Provides a powerful, invigorating spray for a complete rinse.
• Massaging Spray: A concentrated, pulsating spray ideal for muscle relaxation.
• Full Body Spray with Massage: Combines the full body spray with a massaging action for a balanced experience.
• Pause: Reduces water to a trickle, allowing you to lather or shave without wasting water or losing temperature. This feature helps conserve water.

Maintenance

Maintaining your Delta In2ition shower head is simple, thanks to its Touch-Clean® spray holes.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Touch-Clean® Spray Holes: Mineral residue and lime build-up can be easily wiped away from the soft rubber spray holes with a simple touch of your finger. This eliminates the need for soaking or harsh chemical cleaners.
• General Cleaning: For the exterior finish, use a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they may damage the finish.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Delta In2ition shower head, consider the following common solutions:

• Low Water Pressure:
  • Ensure the main water supply is fully open.
  • Check for mineral buildup in the spray holes and clean them using the Touch-Clean feature.
  • Verify that the shower arm connection is not overtightened, which can restrict flow.
• Leaking Connections:
  • Ensure plumber's tape was applied correctly and the connection is hand-tightened securely.
  • Inspect the washer inside the shower head connection for proper seating or damage.
• Hand Shower Not Docking Securely:
  • Ensure the hand shower is aligned correctly with the magnetic docking system.
  • Check for any obstructions in the docking area.
