Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your LED strip lights:
Prepare the Surface: Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Wipe the surface thoroughly to remove any dust or debris.

Connect Light Strips: If using multiple 1ft strips, connect them using the provided 1ft connectors or 4-pin connectors. Ensure the "+12V" marking on the strip aligns with the arrow on the connector for correct polarity.

Apply Adhesive: Peel off the backing from the strong self-adhesive tape on the back of the LED strips. Carefully press the strips onto the prepared surface, ensuring firm contact along the entire length.
Connect Power: Connect the RF Receiver to the LED strip(s) and then connect the UL Power Adapter to the RF Receiver. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
Secure with Clips: Use the included clips to further secure the LED strips, especially in areas where additional support is desired or if the adhesive needs reinforcement.
Operating Instructions
Your HitLights LED Strip Lights are controlled using the included RF remote. The remote offers comprehensive control over colors, modes, brightness, and speed.

- Power On/Off: Press the ON or OFF button to turn the lights on or off.
- Color Selection: Choose from 12 preset colors by pressing the corresponding color buttons on the remote.
- Dynamic Modes: Select from 19 dynamic modes (e.g., flash, fade, jump) to create different lighting effects.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the S+ and S- buttons to increase or decrease the brightness level.
- Speed Adjustment: In dynamic modes, use the M+ and M- buttons to adjust the speed of the effect.
- DIY Modes: The remote may offer options for custom color creation. Refer to the remote's specific instructions for advanced customization.
The 360° RF remote allows control from a distance of 49-66ft, even without direct line of sight.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your LED strip lights:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the LED strips with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Adhesive Check: Periodically check the adhesive backing for signs of peeling. Reapply pressure or use the included clips for reinforcement if necessary.
- Environment: These lights are designed for indoor use only. Avoid exposure to moisture, high humidity, or extreme temperatures.
- Power Adapter: Ensure the UL-listed power adapter is kept in a well-ventilated area and is not covered during operation to prevent overheating.
