1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

3.1 Assembling the Sander

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Speed Control

  1. Connect Power: Plug the sander into a suitable 120V power outlet.
  2. Turn On: Press the power switch to turn on the sander.
  3. Adjust Speed: Use the 7-level variable speed controller to select the desired RPM (1000-1800 RPM) based on the material and desired finish. Lower speeds are suitable for delicate work, while higher speeds are for faster material removal.

4.2 Using the LED Light

4.3 Sanding Techniques

  • General Sanding: Apply even, moderate pressure and move the sander in smooth, overlapping passes across the surface.
  • Ceiling Sanding: Extend the handle to the appropriate length. The 90° pivoting head allows for comfortable and effective sanding of ceilings.
  • Corner Sanding: The removable brush segment on the sanding head allows the sander to reach into corners and edges more effectively.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Dust Collection System

Regularly empty the dust collection bag and clean the dust hose to maintain optimal suction and prevent blockages. A clogged system can reduce sanding efficiency and increase dust exposure.

5.2 Replacing Sanding Discs

When a sanding disc becomes worn or ineffective, peel it off the hook-and-loop pad and replace it with a new one. Ensure the new disc is properly aligned with the pad's holes for efficient dust extraction.

5.3 General Cleaning

Wipe down the exterior of the sander with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the head part is not washed with water to prevent damage to internal components.
