This spot welder is designed for welding metal parts with a maximum thickness of 2.0 + 2.0 mm.

  1. Power On: Connect the welder to the 400V power supply. The control panel should illuminate.
  2. Select Mode: Use the distinct control panel to select the appropriate welding mode based on the thickness and type of metal you are welding. Refer to the panel markings for guidance (e.g., 2+2mm, 1.5+1.5mm, etc.).
  3. Position Workpiece: Place the metal pieces to be welded between the welding tips. Ensure good contact between the tips and the workpiece.
