Setup
Charging the Device
- Locate the Type-C charging port at the bottom of the massage gun.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the device.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The indicator lights on the device will show the charging status. A full charge provides approximately 16 hours of no-load endurance.

Attaching Massage Heads
- Ensure the device is powered off before attaching or detaching massage heads.
- Select the desired massage head based on your needs (e.g., round head for large muscles, bullet head for trigger points).
- Align the base of the massage head with the opening on the front of the gun.
- Gently push the massage head firmly into place until it is securely seated.
- To remove, gently pull the massage head straight out.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment
- To power on, press and hold the power button located on the top of the device for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.
- To adjust the speed, short press the power button. The device features a four-speed transmission system:
- 1st Gear (900 rpm): Muscle awakening
- 2nd Gear (1800 rpm): Fascia relaxation
- 3rd Gear (2500 rpm): Lactic acid decomposition
- 4th Gear (3200 rpm): Deep massage
- The device automatically adapts to strength based on pressure. When pressure is increased, the system will increase motor torque for deeper muscle relaxation.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for a few seconds until the lights turn off.
Application Guidelines
- Apply the massage head gently to the desired muscle area.
- Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure.
- For specific trigger points or knots, hold the device on the spot for a short duration, but remember the 15-second limit for bullet and spine heads.
- Avoid using the device on bones, joints, or sensitive areas.
- Listen to your body and stop if you experience any discomfort or pain.

Maintenance
Cleaning
