2. Important Safeguards

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, always follow these basic safety precautions:

• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or the appliance housing in water or other liquid.

4. Control Panel Overview

The appliance features an intuitive control panel with an LED display, a central control knob, and several function buttons.

5. Setup and First Use

5.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the appliance and its accessories.
2. Check that all listed components are present and undamaged.

5.2 Initial Cleaning

1. Wash all removable accessories (baskets, racks, trays, rotisserie shaft) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
2. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

5.3 Initial Burn-In Process

Before cooking food, it is recommended to perform an initial burn-in to eliminate any manufacturing odors:

1. Place the drip tray at the bottom of the oven. Apply a very light layer of cooking oil to the drip tray.
2. Place a few slices of lemon on the oiled drip tray.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Set the oven to a 'Bake' or 'Roast' setting at approximately 350°F (175°C) for 7-10 minutes.
5. Some odor or light smoke may be present during this initial use; this is normal. The lemon helps to mitigate the smell.
6. After the cycle, turn off the oven, unplug it, and allow it to cool completely.
7. Once cooled, wipe the interior again with a damp cloth.

5.4 Placement

Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 8 inches of clear space on all sides (back, top, and sides) to allow for proper air circulation and heat dissipation.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 General Operation

1. Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. The LED display will illuminate.
3. Select your desired cooking function using the mode selection buttons or by rotating the control knob.
4. Adjust the cooking time and temperature using the control knob.
5. Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin cooking.
6. To pause or stop cooking, press the 'Start/Stop' button again. Note: In some modes, a long press may be required to fully stop the cycle. If the unit does not respond, unplug it from the power source.

• Roast: Perfect for meats, vegetables, and the rotisserie function. The rotisserie function typically activates on the 'Roast' setting. Note that the internal capacity may be tight for a very large whole chicken; consider smaller poultry or cuts.
• Dehydrate: For making healthy snacks like beef jerky, dried fruits, and vegetables.

6.3 Using Accessories

• Rotating Basket: Place small items like french fries or zucchini fries into the basket. Secure the basket in the oven and select a 'Roast' or 'Air Fry' setting.
• Rotisserie Forks: Skewer a whole chicken or roast onto the rotisserie shaft. Secure the forks and shaft in the oven. Select the 'Roast' function to activate rotation.
• Skewer Rack: Arrange food items on the skewers and place them on the rack. Insert the rack into the oven.
• Drip Tray & Crumb Tray: Always place these at the very bottom of the oven to catch drips and crumbs, making cleanup easier.
• Removal Tools: Use the provided handle to safely remove hot accessories like the rotating basket or rotisserie shaft after cooking.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your appliance and ensure optimal performance.

1. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or metal scouring pads.
3. Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. For stubborn food residue, a non-abrasive sponge can be used. Ensure the interior is dry before next use.
4. Accessories: All non-stick accessories (rotating basket, racks, trays, etc.) are easy to clean with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
5. Drip/Crumb Tray Care: The drip tray may show signs of warping over time due to heat exposure. To minimize this, ensure it is cleaned regularly and avoid excessive force when handling. Lining it with aluminum foil can help protect it and simplify cleaning.
6. Do not immerse the main unit (housing, cord, plug) in water or any other liquid.

8. Troubleshooting
