2. Important Notes Before Installation

Please observe the following critical points before proceeding with installation or operation:

• This is a 1-Way touch switch. It is not designed for 2-Way switching applications.
• This switch does not require a neutral wire, ground wire, or an adapter for installation.
• This is not a Wi-Fi switch and is not compatible with smart home systems like Alexa or Google Home.
• This is not a dimmer switch; it provides ON/OFF functionality only and does not support light dimming.
• Do not touch or test the switch before the glass plate has been fully installed. Testing without the cover can cause the switch to miscalibrate the distance between its internal pad and your finger, leading to improper function after the glass panel is attached.

4. Setup and Installation

4.3 Mounting Requirements

The switch is designed for standard installation. Ensure your existing wall box meets the following criteria:

• The switch dimensions are 86 x 86 x 35mm (Length x Width x Height).
• The screw spacing for mounting is between 58 - 62mm.
• Requires a standard 60mm mounting wall box.
• The depth of the mounting box should be at least 30mm.

4.4 Wiring Instructions

This switch operates with a live wire only; no neutral wire connection is required. Follow the diagram below carefully:

1. Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker.
2. Remove your existing switch from the wall box.
3. Connect the live wire (typically red or brown) from your electrical supply to the 'L' terminal on the back of the CNBINGO switch.
4. Connect the load wires (leading to your light fixtures) to the 'L1' and 'L2' terminals on the switch. For a single light, use 'L1'. For two lights, use 'L1' and 'L2'.
5. Ensure all wire connections are secure.

4.5 Mounting the Switch

1. Carefully push the wired switch module into the wall box.
2. Secure the switch to the wall box using the provided mounting screws. The switch can be mounted vertically or horizontally.
3. Snap the tempered glass wall plate onto the switch module. Ensure it is securely fastened.
4. Once the wall plate is fully installed, restore power at the circuit breaker.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your CNBINGO Touch Light Switch, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Problem: The switch does not respond or functions erratically after installation.
• Solution: This often occurs if the switch was powered on or tested before the glass plate was fully installed. The switch may have miscalibrated. To resolve this, turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker, ensure the glass plate is securely and correctly installed, then restore power. The switch should recalibrate and function normally.
• Problem: Light does not turn on/off when touched.
