- Wipe the nonstick grids with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- Ensure the waffle maker is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Preheating
Plug the waffle maker into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the unit is powered on and beginning to preheat. The indicator light does not signal when the unit is fully preheated or when the waffle is done cooking. Allow approximately 5-10 minutes for the waffle maker to reach optimal cooking temperature before adding batter.

Operation
Making Stuffed Waffles
- Once preheated, pour a layer of batter onto the bottom nonstick grid. Ensure the batter consistency is appropriate to prevent overflow.
- Add your desired stuffing ingredients on top of the batter. Ensure ingredients like meat, chicken, or eggs are fully cooked before adding.
- Pour another layer of batter over the stuffing to completely cover it.
- Close the cover of the waffle maker.
- Immediately grasp the handles and flip the waffle maker 180 degrees. This rotating design helps spread the batter evenly for a fully formed waffle.
- Cook for approximately 6-10 minutes, depending on your recipe and desired crispness. The cooking time may vary based on the type and amount of filling.
- Once cooked, open the waffle maker. Use the built-in waffle tongs to effortlessly lift and remove the stuffed waffle. The tongs are designed to securely hold the waffle.
- Place the waffle on a plate or cooling rack. To prevent sogginess, allow the waffle to cool on a rack, flipping it every minute or so.
Filling Ideas
The Stuffler waffle maker is versatile for both sweet and savory creations. Use pancake, waffle, cake, or muffin mixes for batter.
- Sweet Treats: Fresh fruits, pie fillings, candy bar slices, chocolate, banana pecan, S'mores, or Turtle Cheesecake (made with chocolate cake mix).
- Savory Meals: Pizza, Chicken, Reuben, Spinach Artichoke, Mediterranean, Corn Fritter, and Breakfast waffles (sausage, egg, cheese).

Troubleshooting
- Waffle not cooking evenly or sticking: Ensure the waffle maker is fully preheated. Use a consistent batter and avoid overfilling. The nonstick surface should prevent sticking if properly maintained.
- Batter overflowing: Reduce the amount of batter used. The waffle maker has specific fill lines to guide you.
- Waffle too soft or too crispy: Adjust cooking time. Experiment with times between 6-10 minutes to find your preferred texture.
- Difficulty removing waffle: Use the built-in tongs as designed to lift the entire waffle ring. If the waffle is still difficult to remove, ensure it is fully cooked.
- Soggy waffles: After removing, place the cooked waffle on a cooling rack for a minute or two, flipping occasionally, to allow steam to escape and prevent sogginess.
- Indicator light: The indicator light signals that the unit is powered on and heating. It does not indicate when the waffle maker is fully preheated or when the waffle is finished cooking.
