Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides over 5 hours of playtime.
Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power button located on the top panel to turn the speaker on or off. A voice prompt will indicate the power status.
Operating Instructions
Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "SOAR ShockBox XL" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED will stop flashing.
- You can now play audio from your device through the speaker. The wireless range is approximately 30 feet.
FM Radio Operation
To use the FM radio function:
- Press the Mode button to switch to FM Radio mode.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause button to auto-scan and save available FM stations.
- Use the Next/Previous track buttons to navigate between saved stations.
USB and AUX Input
- USB Input: Insert a USB drive containing audio files into the USB port. The speaker will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playback.
- AUX Input: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included) to the AUX port. The speaker will switch to AUX mode for wired audio playback.
LED Light Modes
The speaker features multiple color LED lights that move to the beat of the music. Press the dedicated LED button (if available, or refer to specific button functions on the device) to cycle through different light modes or turn the lights off.
Stereo Pairing (TWS Function)
To achieve true wireless stereo sound, you can pair two SOAR ShockBox XL speakers together:
