3. Product Overview

3.1 Front View

3.2 Top Panel Controls
The top panel houses the primary control buttons:
- SET Button: Used to enter time and alarm setting modes.
- ALARM 1 Button: Used to set and activate/deactivate Alarm 1.
- ALARM 2 Button: Used to set and activate/deactivate Alarm 2.
- UP Button: Adjusts values upwards during setting, or switches 12/24H format in normal time display.

4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
- Connect the provided USB power cord to the DC Jack on the back of the alarm clock.
- Plug the 5V 2A power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- The clock display will illuminate, indicating it is powered on.
4.2 Battery Installation (for Backup)
The clock requires 2 AAA batteries (not included) for backup purposes. These batteries preserve time and alarm settings during a power outage but do not power the display or USB charging function.
- Open the battery compartment cover on the rear of the clock.
- Insert 2 new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting the Time
- In normal time display mode, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds. The hour digits will begin to flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the SET button again to confirm the hour and move to minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press the SET button a third time to confirm the minutes and exit time setting mode.
5.2 12/24 Hour Format Selection
In normal time display mode, briefly press the UP button to switch between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.
5.3 Setting Alarms (Alarm 1 & Alarm 2)
The clock features two independent alarms.
- Press and hold the ALARM 1 (or ALARM 2) button for 3 seconds. The hour digits for that alarm will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the ALARM 1 (or ALARM 2) button again to confirm the hour and move to minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the ALARM 1 (or ALARM 2) button a third time to confirm the minutes and exit alarm setting mode.
5.4 Activating/Deactivating Alarms
After setting an alarm, briefly press the ALARM 1 (or ALARM 2) button to toggle it on or off. The corresponding alarm icon (bell symbol) on the display will light up when the alarm is active and turn off when deactivated.
5.5 Alarm Volume Adjustment
The alarm volume can be adjusted to 4 levels (70dB, 75dB, 80dB, 85dB).
- During an active alarm, press the Volume +/- buttons located on the side of the clock to adjust the volume.
- Alternatively, you can adjust the volume in normal time display mode by pressing the Volume +/- buttons.
5.6 Snooze Function
When an alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE/SLEEP button on the top of the clock to temporarily silence the alarm for 9 minutes. The alarm will sound again after 9 minutes. To cancel the alarm completely, press the corresponding ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button, or the Alarm Pause button (if available, otherwise the ALARM button). If no button is pressed, the alarm will automatically turn off after a set duration (e.g., 60 minutes).
5.7 Display Dimmer
The display has 5 adjustable brightness levels.
- In normal time display mode, briefly press the DIMMER button to cycle through the 5 brightness levels.
- Select the desired brightness level for your environment.
5.8 Daylight Saving Time (DST)
In normal time display mode, press and hold the DOWN button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate DST. When activated, the DST indicator will appear on the display, and the time will adjust forward by one hour. Repeat the action to deactivate DST.
5.9 USB Charging Port
The USB port on the rear of the clock can be used to charge compatible electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
- Ensure the alarm clock is connected to AC power.
- Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB port on the clock.
- Charging will begin automatically.
6. Battery Backup Function
The 2 AAA batteries installed in the battery compartment serve as a backup power source. In the event of a power outage, these batteries will maintain the correct time and alarm settings. However, the clock display will go blank, and the USB charging function will not operate. The alarm will still sound at the scheduled time if a power outage occurs while the alarm is active.
7. Troubleshooting

- Problem: The clock display is blank.
Solution: Ensure the AC power adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and a working electrical outlet. If using battery backup, remember that batteries only maintain settings and do not power the display. - Problem: The alarm does not sound.
Solution: Verify that the alarm is activated (the bell icon should be lit on the display). Check the alarm volume settings using the side Volume +/- buttons. Ensure the alarm time is set correctly. - Problem: Cannot set the time or alarm.
Solution: Ensure you are pressing and holding the respective SET or ALARM button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. Briefly pressing these buttons will only toggle alarm activation or cycle through settings. - Problem: USB charging is not working.
