2. Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Adhere to all safety warnings and instructions to prevent serious injury. Failure to do so may result in severe injury or death.
- Adult Supervision Required: Always ensure adult supervision when the trampoline is in use.
- One User At A Time: Only one person should use the trampoline at any given time to prevent collisions.
- Weight Limit: The maximum user weight is 150 kg (330 lbs). Do not exceed this limit.
- No Somersaults or Flips: Avoid somersaults, flips, or other dangerous maneuvers that can lead to head or neck injuries.
- Clearance Area: Ensure adequate overhead clearance and a minimum of 2 meters (6.5 feet) clear space around the trampoline.
- Check Before Use: Before each use, inspect the trampoline for loose, worn, or damaged parts. Do not use if any part is compromised.
- Weather Conditions: Do not use the trampoline in strong winds, rain, or lightning. Secure or dismantle the trampoline in adverse weather.
- Proper Entry and Exit: Always use the provided ladder for safe entry and exit. Do not jump on or off the trampoline.
- No Hard Objects: Do not bring hard or sharp objects onto the trampoline.

3. Components List
Before beginning assembly, unpack all components and verify that all parts are present and undamaged. Refer to the diagrams below for identification.

4. Setup (Assembly Instructions)
Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes with two adults. Follow these steps carefully.
- Frame Assembly: Connect the frame sections to form the circular base. Ensure all connections are secure. The ZIPRO trampoline features a new system for reinforced connections, ensuring stability.
- Leg Attachment: Attach the four stable U-shaped legs to the assembled frame. Ensure they are firmly secured.
- Spring Installation: Carefully attach the 48 galvanized springs to the jumping mat and the frame. Use a spring tool (if provided) to ease this process.
- Jumping Mat Placement: Ensure the jumping mat is correctly centered and all springs are evenly distributed and attached.
- Safety Pad Installation: Place the safety pad over the springs and frame, ensuring it covers all exposed metal parts. This pad is made of high-quality, weather-resistant materials (PVC, EPE, PE).
- Safety Net Poles: Assemble and attach the safety net poles to the frame. These poles are padded with foam for safety.
- Safety Net Installation: Secure the external safety net to the poles and the trampoline frame. Ensure the double zipper closure is functional.
- Ladder Attachment: Attach the comfortable ladder to the trampoline frame for safe access.

5. Operating (Usage)
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, follow these usage guidelines:
- Always enter and exit the trampoline using the ladder.
- Begin jumping gently and gradually increase height.
- Maintain control of your bounce. If you lose control, bend your knees to stop.
- Avoid jumping too high or attempting complex maneuvers without proper training and supervision.
- Do not use the trampoline under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life of your trampoline and ensure continued safety.
- Daily Checks: Before each use, check the safety net, springs, frame, and jumping mat for any signs of wear, tears, or damage. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Cleaning: Clean the jumping mat and safety pad with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Rust Prevention: The frame is made of galvanized steel for corrosion resistance. However, regularly inspect for any signs of rust, especially in areas where paint or coating might be chipped.
- Weather Protection: While weather-resistant, consider dismantling and storing the trampoline indoors during prolonged periods of harsh weather (heavy snow, strong winds, extreme temperatures) to prolong its lifespan.
- Spring Inspection: Check springs for stretching or damage. Replace any damaged springs immediately.
- Net and Pad Replacement: If the safety net or safety pad becomes torn or significantly worn, replace them promptly.
7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Trampoline feels unstable. | Legs or frame sections not fully tightened. Uneven ground. | Ensure all bolts and connections are securely fastened. Move trampoline to a level surface. |
| Squeaking noise during use. | Friction between metal parts or springs. | Apply a silicone-based lubricant to frame joints and spring connections. |
| Safety net sags or is loose. | Net not properly secured to poles or frame. Damaged net. | Re-secure the net attachments. If damaged, replace the safety net. |
| Jumping mat feels too loose or too tight. | Incorrect spring installation or damaged springs. | Verify all springs are correctly attached and none are stretched or broken. Replace damaged springs. |
