Setup
- Clean Components: Before first use, wash the processing bowl, lid, S-blade, and reversible disc in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base can be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Place Motor Base: Position the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. The suction cups on the bottom will help secure it.
- Attach Processing Bowl: Place the processing bowl onto the motor base. Twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Insert Blade/Disc:
- For chopping, mixing, or pureeing: Carefully place the S-blade onto the center shaft inside the processing bowl.
- For shredding or slicing: Place the reversible disc onto the center shaft. Ensure the desired side (shredding or slicing) is facing upwards.
- Secure Lid: Place the lid onto the processing bowl. Twist clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is correctly locked.
- Plug In: Once assembled, plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Chopping, Mixing, and Pureeing (using S-Blade)
- Ensure the S-blade is correctly installed in the processing bowl and the lid is locked.
- Add ingredients to the processing bowl. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.
- Turn the control dial to Speed 1 or Speed 2 for continuous processing, or to 'P' for pulse action.
- Use the pulse function for coarse chopping or to gain better control over consistency.
- Once desired consistency is reached, turn the dial to 'O' (off) and unplug the unit.

Shredding and Slicing (using Reversible Disc)
- Ensure the reversible disc is correctly installed with the desired side (shredding or slicing) facing up, and the lid is locked.
- Place a separate bowl under the chute to collect processed ingredients.
- Turn the control dial to Speed 1 or Speed 2.
