4. Setup and Placement

The Beldray EH3198 desk fan typically comes pre-assembled. Follow these steps for initial setup:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the fan from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or transport.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power and Speed Control

The fan features three speed settings, controlled by push buttons located on the base of the unit:

• Button 0: Turns the fan OFF.
• Button 1: Activates LOW speed.

5.2. Oscillation Function

To activate the oscillation (side-to-side sweeping motion) function, press down the oscillation knob located on top of the motor housing at the rear of the fan head. To stop oscillation and fix the fan in one direction, pull the knob upwards.

The fan head can be manually tilted up or down to direct the airflow as desired. Gently hold the fan head and adjust it to your preferred angle. Do not force the head beyond its natural range of motion.
