  1. Unpack the kettle and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials.
  2. Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
  3. Adjust the cord length by winding it around the cord storage facility under the base.
  4. Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the maximum level indicated by the water level indicator.
  5. Boil the water (see "Operating Instructions"). Discard this water.
  6. Repeat the boiling process two to three times to ensure the kettle is clean and free from manufacturing residues.

  8. If you need to re-boil water immediately, allow a few seconds for the automatic shut-off mechanism to reset before pressing the switch again.

Maintenance and Cleaning

General Cleaning:

  • Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Never immerse the kettle body or power base in water or any other liquid.
  • The filter (if removable) can be rinsed under running water. Ensure it is dry before reattaching.

Descaling:

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside your kettle, especially in hard water areas. Regular descaling is recommended to maintain performance and extend the life of your kettle.

  • Fill the kettle with a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts water, or use a commercial descaling solution according to its instructions.
  • Boil the solution.
  • Allow the solution to soak in the kettle for at least 30 minutes, or longer if limescale is heavy.
  • Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times to remove any residue and vinegar smell.
  • If necessary, repeat the process.
