Introduction

Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your Sonos Arc soundbar:
- Placement: Position the Sonos Arc in front of your television. Ensure it has clear line of sight to your viewing area for optimal sound projection. It can be placed on a flat surface or wall-mounted.

- Connect to TV (HDMI eARC): Use the provided HDMI cable to connect the HDMI eARC port on your Sonos Arc to the HDMI eARC port on your television. If your TV only has an ARC port, it will still work, but for optimal Dolby Atmos support, an eARC port is recommended. If your TV lacks both ARC and eARC, use the included optical audio adapter.

- Trueplay Tuning: For optimal sound performance, use the Trueplay tuning feature within the Sonos app. This calibrates the soundbar to the unique acoustics of your room. (Note: Trueplay tuning requires an iOS device).

Operating Instructions
The Sonos Arc offers multiple control methods:
- Sonos App: Use the Sonos app to control volume, adjust EQ settings, group with other Sonos speakers, and access various music streaming services.
- TV Remote: The Sonos Arc syncs with your existing TV remote for seamless volume control.
- Touch Controls: Tap or swipe the top of the soundbar to pause/play music, adjust volume, or skip tracks.
- Voice Control: With built-in Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, you can control your Sonos Arc using voice commands for playback, volume, and smart home integration.
- Apple AirPlay 2: Stream audio directly from your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) to the Sonos Arc using AirPlay 2.

- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the Sonos Arc. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sprays that could damage the finish or internal components.
- Ventilation: Ensure that the ventilation grilles are not obstructed to prevent overheating. Do not place the soundbar in an enclosed space without adequate airflow.
- Environmental Conditions: Keep the Sonos Arc away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture. It is not waterproof.
- Software Updates: Regularly check for and install software updates via the Sonos app to ensure your device has the latest features and performance enhancements.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Sonos Arc, try the following solutions:
- No Sound:
- Verify the power cable is securely connected.
- Ensure the HDMI cable is correctly connected to the TV's eARC/ARC port and the Sonos Arc.
- Check your TV's audio output settings to ensure it's set to output audio via HDMI ARC/eARC.
- Restart both your TV and the Sonos Arc.
- Intermittent Audio/Dropouts:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the Sonos Arc is within range of your router.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
- If using Wi-Fi, try connecting the Sonos Arc directly to your router via an Ethernet cable.
- Voice Assistant Not Responding:
- Check the microphone button on the Sonos Arc to ensure it's not muted.

- App Connectivity Issues:
