The Mitel MiVoice 6910 IP Phone is designed for users requiring a modern and reliable desk phone for standard communication needs. This business-grade IP desk phone delivers exceptional quality and essential telephony features. It is equipped with dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and a large 3.4-inch LCD display featuring soft white backlighting and large fonts for enhanced readability in various lighting conditions. The phone also includes eight programmable keys for customized functionality and supports native DHSG/EHS headsets.

Setup Guide

  1. Connect the Handset: Plug the coiled cord from the handset into the handset port on the left side of the phone base.
  2. Connect to Network: Connect an Ethernet cable from your network switch or router to the LAN port on the back of the phone. If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.
  3. Connect Power (if no PoE): If PoE is not available, connect an appropriate AC power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the back of the phone and plug it into a power outlet.
  4. Initial Boot-up: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few moments as it connects to the network and registers with your communication system.

Basic Call Functions

Programmable Keys

The Mitel 6910 IP Phone features eight programmable keys located on either side of the display. These keys can be configured for various functions such as speed dials, line appearances, or feature access. Consult your system administrator for specific programming details.

Display Navigation

The 3.4-inch LCD display shows call information, menu options, and status indicators. Use the navigation cluster (up, down, left, right, and select buttons) below the display to scroll through menus and make selections.
