1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the proper use and maintenance of your Sightmark Wraith 4K Max 3-24x50 Digital Night Vision Riflescope. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device to ensure safe and effective use.

The Sightmark Wraith 4K Max is a digital riflescope designed for both day and night use, featuring an ultra-high definition 4000x3000 digital CMOS sensor, 3-24x digital magnification, and integrated video recording capabilities.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1. Mounting the Riflescope

  1. Attach the fixed Picatinny mount to the riflescope using the provided hardware.
  2. Securely mount the riflescope onto your firearm's Picatinny rail. Ensure proper eye relief and a stable position.
  3. Tighten all mounting screws to prevent movement during use.

3.2. Battery Installation and Charging

The Wraith 4K Max features an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing up to 8 hours of operation. The IR flashlight uses 2x CR123 batteries.

  • Riflescope: Connect the supplied USB Type-C cable to the riflescope's charging port and to a compatible USB power source. The charging indicator will show status.
  • IR Flashlight: Unscrew the tail cap of the IR flashlight and insert 2x CR123 batteries according to polarity markings. Re-attach the tail cap.

4. Operation

4.1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button to turn the device on or off.

4.2. Day and Night Modes

The riflescope offers both daytime color mode and night vision mode. Switch between modes as required by ambient light conditions.

4.3. Magnification Adjustment

The Wraith 4K Max features 3-24x digital magnification. Use the zoom controls to adjust the magnification level. Note that higher digital magnification may result in some pixelation.

4.4. Reticle Options

The riflescope offers 10 reticle options and 9 color options for customization. Navigate through the menu to select your preferred reticle and color.

4.5. Video Recording and Photography

The Wraith 4K Max can record UHD 4K video with audio and capture still images. Refer to the on-screen menu for recording and playback functions.

4.6. IR Illuminator

The included 850nm IR illuminator enhances night vision capabilities. Activate and adjust its intensity as needed for optimal visibility in low-light conditions. The IR illuminator provides approximately 90 minutes of operating time on maximum setting.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior surfaces of the riflescope.
  • For lenses, use a lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth specifically designed for optics. Avoid abrasive materials.
  • Ensure the USB port cover is closed when not charging to prevent dust and moisture ingress.

5.2. Storage

Store the riflescope in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure the internal battery is partially charged (around 50%) and remove CR123 batteries from the IR flashlight.

5.3. Water Resistance

The Wraith 4K Max has an IPX5 water-resistant rating, meaning it is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is not designed for submersion.

6. Troubleshooting
