1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your NIDAGE 33FT Dual Lens Endoscope. This industrial borescope is designed for detailed visual inspection in various applications, including plumbing, sewer lines, ducts, and wall cavities. It features a 4.3-inch IPS screen, dual lenses (front and side), 7 adjustable LED lights, and supports recording to a 32GB Micro SD card.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the endoscope's main display unit. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the unit's charging port and a standard USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.

3.2 Inserting the Micro SD Card

The device comes with a pre-installed 32GB Micro SD card. If you need to replace it or re-insert it, locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the main display unit. Gently push the card into the slot until it clicks into place. To remove, push the card again until it springs out.

3.3 Connecting the Probe

Connect the flexible probe cable to the designated port on the main display unit. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent signal loss during operation. The USB connection for the probe can be sensitive; if the screen shows a blue screen, try flipping the connector and re-inserting it.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the main display unit to turn the device on or off. The screen will illuminate, displaying the live feed from the camera.

4.2 Adjusting LED Lights

Use the dedicated light adjustment button or dial on the main unit or probe cable to increase or decrease the brightness of the LED lights. Adjust the illumination to achieve optimal visibility in different inspection environments.

4.3 Switching Camera Views

The device supports multiple viewing modes: front camera, side camera, and dual camera (both simultaneously). Use the camera switch button on the main unit to cycle through these modes. This allows for versatile inspection angles without needing to reposition the probe extensively.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Probe and Lenses

After each use, especially in dirty or wet environments, clean the probe and camera lenses. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the probe. For lenses, use a lens cleaning cloth and solution to remove any residue that might obstruct the view. Ensure the probe is dry before storage.

5.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods. Store the device in a cool, dry place.

5.3 Storage

Store the endoscope and its accessories in a clean, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Keep the cable neatly coiled to prevent kinks or damage.
