Troubleshooting
1. No Signal on Display
- Ensure your USB-C port supports video signal output (DP Alt Mode).
- Make sure your laptop is connected to AC power.
- For some displays that do not automatically detect and switch input sources, please adjust manually to select the correct HDMI input source.
- For displays with multiple HDMI ports, try with another port.
- Make sure all connections are tight, and then reboot your devices to see if there is any difference.
- Try to update firmwares from manufacturer official websites (e.g., motherboard BIOS, UEFI of the laptop).
2. Screen is Flickering
- Lower the resolution and refresh rate.
- Dust accumulation may lead to poor connection. Please wipe the ports with an insulated cotton pad before connecting.
3. No Audio
- Check System Preferences > Sound > Output. Change the audio output from your laptop to TV or other device.
- Update Realtek Audio Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) or latest Audio Driver from the manufacturer Official Website.
4. Stop Working After a While
- Re-plug and make sure all connections are tight. If there are any problems, get immediate tech support within 18 hours.
5. Does Not Support 4K@60Hz
- Supported resolutions and refresh rates depend on the specifications of the host devices and connected displays. For example, if your desktop supports 4K@60Hz output, while your display can only support up to 2K@60Hz, then the final outcome would only be 2K@60Hz.
