4. Setup

5.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn on the massager, press the Power button on the control panel. The unit will start in a default program.
- To turn off the massager, press the Power button again.
5.2 Selecting Massage Programs
The unit features 4 auto massage programs. Press the Program button to cycle through the available programs:
- Program 1: Focuses on Kneading and Scraping.
- Program 2: Focuses on Air-Pressing and Tapping.
- Program 3: Combines Kneading, Scraping, and Air-Pressing.
- Program 4: Combines all functions: Kneading, Scraping, Air-Pressing, and Tapping.
5.3 Adjusting Strength Levels
There are 3 strength levels for the massage. Press the Strength button to adjust the intensity:
- Level 1: Gentle massage.
- Level 2: Medium intensity massage.
- Level 3: Strong massage.
5.4 Heat Function
The unit includes a heat function for added comfort. Press the Heat button to activate or deactivate the heat. The heat function can be used concurrently with any massage program.
