3. Product Overview
3.1 Front View
The front of the frame features a 10.1-inch HD touchscreen display, which is the primary interface for viewing photos and navigating settings.
3.2 Rear and Side Views (Ports and Controls)
The rear and side of the frame house various ports and controls for connectivity and power. Refer to the image below for port identification.

- SD Card Port: For inserting an SD memory card to expand storage or transfer photos.
- USB Port: For connecting USB devices, such as a USB flash drive, to transfer photos.

- DC Power Port: Connect the provided power adapter here.

4. Setup
4.1 Attaching the Stand
Carefully attach the provided stand to the back of the frame. Ensure it is securely fastened to provide stable support for the frame in your desired orientation (landscape or portrait).
4.2 Powering On the Frame
- Connect the power adapter to the DC Power Port on the frame.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- The frame will automatically power on. If not, press the power button located on the back of the frame.
4.3 Initial Wi-Fi and App Setup
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the on-screen prompts to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. A stable internet connection is required for sending and receiving photos.
- Download the PhotoShare Frame App: On your smartphone (iOS or Android), download the free "PhotoShare Frame" app from your device's app store.
- Create an Account: Open the app and follow the instructions to create a new user account.
- Pair Your Frame: The app will guide you through the process of pairing your smartphone with your digital picture frame. This typically involves entering a unique frame ID displayed on your frame's screen into the app.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Sending Photos and Videos to Your Frame
- Via PhotoShare Frame App:
- Open the PhotoShare Frame app on your smartphone.
- Select the photos or short video clips you wish to send.
- Choose the destination frame(s) and tap "Send." You can send up to 50 items at a time.
- Via Email: Each frame has a unique email address. You can send photos as attachments to this email address, and they will appear on the frame.
- Via PC: Use the PhotoShare website or desktop application to upload photos from your computer.
- Via Google Photos: Link your Google Photos account through the PhotoShare app or website to easily import albums.
- Via Facebook: Share photos directly from your linked Facebook account.
- Via SD Card/USB Drive: Insert an SD card or USB drive containing photos/videos into the respective port on the frame. The frame's interface will guide you to import the media.
5.2 Managing Frame Settings
Access the frame's settings via the touchscreen interface to customize various options:
- Slideshow Settings: Adjust transition effects, display duration, and order of photos.
- Display Settings: Brightness, sleep mode, and aspect ratio.
- Wi-Fi Settings: Change or reconnect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Storage Management: View available storage and manage stored media. Note: Deleting individual photos directly from the frame or app can be complex; consider managing albums or contacting support for specific deletion instructions if needed.
- Inviting Others: Share your frame's unique ID with family and friends so they can send photos to your frame using their own PhotoShare app.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and frame. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Software Updates: The frame may periodically receive software updates to improve performance and add features. Ensure your frame is connected to Wi-Fi to receive these updates. Follow any on-screen prompts for installation.
- Storage: While the frame has 8GB of internal storage, regularly review your content. If you experience performance issues, consider deleting older or less frequently viewed photos/videos.
7. Troubleshooting
