4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Unpacking

• Carefully remove the gas stove from its packaging.
• Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
• Ensure all components are present: 1 unit of GTM 02 SS Plus Gas Stove, 2 brass burners, 2 pan supports, and the user manual.

4.2 Placement

Place the gas stove on a stable, flat, and non-combustible surface. Ensure adequate clearance from walls and overhead cabinets for proper ventilation and safety.

• Dimensions (Approximate): 72 cm (Depth) x 45 cm (Width) x 16 cm (Height).

4.3 Gas Connection

• Connect the gas stove to a regulated LPG cylinder or piped natural gas (PNG) supply using a certified gas hose and regulator.

1. Ensure the gas cylinder valve is open.
2. Push and turn the desired burner knob counter-clockwise to the 'ON' position.
3. Immediately bring a lit matchstick or gas lighter near the burner to ignite the flame.
4. Once lit, adjust the flame as required.

5.2 Adjusting the Flame

• Turn the knob towards the '+' symbol for a higher flame and towards the '-' symbol for a lower flame.
• For simmering, turn the knob to the lowest setting.

5.3 Turning Off the Burner

• Turn the burner knob clockwise to the 'OFF' position.
• After cooking, ensure all burner knobs are in the 'OFF' position and turn off the main gas supply valve.
