4. Setup Guide
Initial Connection:
- Connect the USB-C cable from the docking station to your laptop's USB-C port.
- For stable power and full functionality, connect your laptop's original power adapter to the docking station's PD 3.0 USB-C charging port. A 100W power supply is recommended for optimal performance, especially when connecting multiple devices.
- Connect your external monitors to the HDMI and/or VGA ports on the docking station.
- Connect any USB peripherals (keyboard, mouse, external drives) to the available USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 ports.
- For a wired network connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port.
- Insert SD or TF cards into the respective card reader slots if needed.
- Connect headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm Audio/Mic jack.
Multi-Monitor Setup:
The docking station supports triple display output (two HDMI, one VGA). The display configuration will vary based on your operating system and laptop's capabilities.

Image: HDMI+VGA 4K Displays Function. This image shows a laptop connected to the docking station, extending its display to two external monitors. One monitor is connected via HDMI 1 (4K@30Hz) and the other via HDMI 2 (4K@60Hz with DP1.4 source) or VGA (1080P@60Hz).

Image: Multiple Display Modes. This diagram illustrates how to configure multiple displays for Windows (Extend desktop, Collage mode for up to 4 screens with DP1.4 and AMD processor or specific Apple models) and Mac (Extend mode).
Windows Setup:
- Right-click on your desktop and select 'Display settings'.
- Under 'Multiple displays', choose your preferred display mode (Extend these displays, Duplicate these displays, Show only on 1/2/3).
- Adjust resolution and orientation as needed.
- For 4-screen output, only DP1.4 and AMD processor computers or specific Apple models listed after 2018 with dual systems installed can achieve this when using the Windows system.
Mac Setup:
- Go to 'System Preferences' > 'Displays'.
- Arrange your displays as desired. Mac OS typically supports 'Extend mode'.
- Note: Mac OS does not support different screens for multi-monitors (A/BCDE, A/BCD, A/BC). Under partial connection (no VGA), the highest resolution of all monitors can reach 4K@30Hz. All will be limited by the resolution of your display.
Resolution Notes:
- The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices. 4K resolution is only supported when your devices support DP1.4.
- For DP1.4 and AMD Processor Laptops: Only one monitor's resolution will be up to 4K@30Hz while another will be 1080P under MST mode without connecting the VGA port. All monitors' resolution will be 1920x1080P@60Hz if VGA works simultaneously.
5. Operating Instructions
USB Ports:
Connect USB devices such as external hard drives, flash drives, keyboards, and mice. The USB 3.0 ports offer super-speed data transfer, while USB 2.0 ports are suitable for a wide range of applications.

Image: USB 3.0 and SD&TF Ports. This image highlights the 5Gbps USB 3.0 ports for super speed transfer, traditional USB 2.0 ports for wide range of applications, and SD&TF card reader slots for efficient simultaneous data transmission.
Ethernet Port:
The RJ45 Ethernet port provides a reliable internet connection with speeds up to 1000Mbps. No driver installation is required for most operating systems.

Image: 3.5mm Audio/Mic and Instant Ethernet. This image shows the 3.5mm audio/mic port with earbuds connected and the RJ45 Ethernet port with a cable, emphasizing reliable internet speed up to 1000M without requiring drivers.
SD & TF Card Readers:
Insert your SD or TF (Micro SD) cards into the corresponding slots to efficiently transmit and access files. Both card readers can work simultaneously.
3.5mm Audio/Mic Jack:
Connect your headphones, speakers, or microphone to this port for audio input and output.
6. Maintenance
- Keep the docking station clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact customer support if issues arise.
- Disconnect the docking station from power and your laptop when not in use for extended periods.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, please refer to the following tips:

Image: Warm Tips for Troubleshooting. This section provides advice on power supply, 4-screen support, resolution, Logitech Bluetooth product incompatibility, and M1 chip performance.
- No Display Output:
- Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
- Verify that the external monitors are powered on and set to the correct input source.
- Check all cable connections. Try reconnecting the docking station and display cables.
- Update your laptop's graphics drivers.
- The final resolution depends on your host device. 4K is only supported if your device supports DP1.4.
- Unstable Connection/Performance:
- Connect your laptop's original power adapter to the docking station's PD port. The product consumes power, and the maximum output of the laptop's Type-C port is limited. A 100W power supply is recommended.
- Avoid using other converters between the docking station and your computer/monitor, as compatibility issues can affect functionality.
- For M1 chip Macs, unstable performance may occur, and video output might fail to display properly.
- USB Devices Not Working:
- Ensure the devices are properly plugged into the USB ports.
- Check if the devices require external power.
- Some high-power USB devices (e.g., certain external hard drives, USB Super Drive/CD/DVD players) may not be fully supported due to power requirements.
- Ethernet Not Working:
- Verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the docking station and your router/modem.
- Check your network settings on your laptop.
- Logitech Bluetooth Products:
- This product is not compatible with Logitech Bluetooth wireless products. Using them together may cause Bluetooth signal interference, leading to cursor delay or flicker.
