Operating Instructions
Dry Shaving
- Ensure your face is clean and dry.
- Press the power button to turn on the shaver.
- Hold the shaver at a right angle to your skin and shave against the direction of beard growth.
- Stretch your skin with your free hand to ensure a close shave.
- After shaving, press the power button to turn off the shaver.
Wet Shaving (Foam Making Mode)
The shaver is designed for wet shaving with foam, providing a gentle experience.

- Wet your face and apply a small amount of facial cleanser (non-scrub, non-bar soap) or body soap directly to the shaver head.
- Press the power button to activate the shaver. The foam-making mode will automatically generate rich foam.
- Gently move the shaver across your face, allowing the foam to spread and the blades to cut the beard.
- Rinse your face and the shaver thoroughly after use.
Note: The high-speed linear motor maintains power even during wet shaving, ensuring efficient performance.

Using the Sharp Trimmer

The built-in sharp trimmer is ideal for:
- Pre-shaving longer beard hairs before using the main shaver head.
- Trimming and shaping sideburns or mustaches.
To use, slide the trimmer switch upwards. Hold the shaver with the trimmer facing your skin and carefully trim as desired.
Lamdash AI (Beard Sensor)

The Lamdash AI feature automatically detects the density of your beard approximately 200 times per second and adjusts the motor power accordingly. This ensures consistent, powerful shaving even in areas with dense beard growth, and reduces unnecessary strain on the skin in areas with lighter growth.
Note: The sensor may not always react (change in drive sound) depending on beard density, but this is not a malfunction.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene.
- Daily Cleaning:
- After each use, turn off the shaver.
- Rinse the shaver head thoroughly under running water. The outer blade does not need to be removed for cleaning.
- Shake off excess water and wipe the shaver dry with a soft cloth.
- Allow the shaver to air dry completely before storing.
- Deep Cleaning (Weekly/Bi-weekly):
- Remove the outer foil frame.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to gently brush away any trapped beard clippings from the inner blades and the shaver body.
- Rinse all parts under running water.
- Apply a drop of the dedicated oil to each inner blade and the outer foil to maintain smooth operation.
- Reattach the outer foil frame securely.
- Blade Replacement: For optimal shaving performance, it is recommended to replace the outer foil and inner blades periodically. Refer to the product packaging or Panasonic's official website for replacement part numbers and recommended replacement intervals.
