1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, contact Z CAM support immediately.

2.2 Attaching the Lens

The Z CAM E2-F6 features an EF Mount. To attach a compatible lens:

  1. Remove the body cap from the camera and the rear cap from the lens.
  2. Align the red dot on the lens with the red dot on the camera's lens mount.
  3. Insert the lens into the mount and rotate it clockwise until it clicks into place.

2.3 Inserting the CFast 2.0 Card

The E2-F6 records to CFast 2.0 cards. Locate the CFast card slot on the side of the camera.

  1. Open the CFast card slot cover.
  2. Insert the CFast 2.0 card with the label facing the correct direction (refer to the diagram near the slot).
  3. Gently push the card until it locks into place.
  4. Close the slot cover securely.
