Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Timer not turning on/display blank. | Dead or incorrectly installed batteries. | Replace batteries with new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. |
| No water flow. | Faucet is off; hose is kinked; low water pressure; timer is in child lock mode; program not set correctly. | Ensure faucet is fully open. Check hose for kinks. Verify water pressure. Disable child lock. Review program settings (duration, frequency). |
| Timer leaks from connections. | Loose connection; missing or damaged washer. | Tighten connections by hand. Check and replace rubber washers if damaged. |
| Watering occurs during rain. | Rain sensor is dirty or malfunctioning; rain sensor feature is disabled. | Clean the rain sensor. Ensure the rain sensor feature is active (if applicable, though it's usually automatic). |
