1. Introduction

The Samsung Galaxy A21S is an international unlocked model, compatible with most GSM carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and MetroPCS. It will not work with CDMA carriers like Verizon, Sprint, or Boost.

3. Setup

3.1. What's in the Box

Your Samsung Galaxy A21S package should contain the following items:

  • Samsung Galaxy A21S Smartphone
  • USB Cable
  • Headset
  • Power Adapter

3.2. Inserting the SIM Card and MicroSD Card

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the left side of the device (refer to Image 2.4).
  2. Insert the ejection pin (not included, typically comes with new phones) into the small hole on the tray to eject it.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure they are correctly seated.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the slot until it clicks into place.

3.3. Charging the Battery

Before initial use, fully charge the device battery.

  1. Connect the USB cable to the power adapter.
  2. Plug the USB cable into the USB Type C port at the bottom of your phone.
  3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
  4. The device supports 15W fast charging.

3.4. Powering On and Initial Setup

  1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the Samsung logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account setup, and security settings.

  • Touchscreen: Navigate by tapping, swiping, pinching, and spreading on the 6.5-inch PLS TFT display.

To open the camera, tap the Camera icon on the home screen or lock screen. Select your desired mode (Photo, Video, Portrait, etc.) and tap the shutter button to capture images or start recording video (up to 1080p at 30 fps).
