Setup
Attaching and Detaching Accessories
To attach an accessory (blending shaft, whisk gear box, or chopper lid), align the accessory with the motor unit and twist until it clicks securely into place. To detach, press the release buttons on the sides of the motor unit and twist to remove the accessory.

Chopper Assembly
- Place the chopper blade onto the center pin of the chopper bowl.
- Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl.
- Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Attach the motor unit to the chopper lid, twisting until it locks.
Whisk Assembly
- Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
- Attach the whisk gear box to the motor unit, twisting until it locks.
Blending Shaft Assembly
Attach the blending shaft directly to the motor unit, twisting until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions
Speed Control
The MultiQuick 5 Vario features a variable speed wheel with 21 speed settings, allowing for precise control. Rotate the wheel at the top of the motor unit with your thumb to select the desired speed. Lower speeds are suitable for softer ingredients and larger quantities, while higher speeds are for harder ingredients and finer results.

Using the Blending Shaft
- Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit.
- Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients in the 600ml beaker or another suitable container. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line.
- Press and hold the power button to start blending. Move the blender up and down gently for even results.
- Release the power button to stop.
Using the Chopper Attachment
- Assemble the chopper as described in the Setup section.
- Place the chopper on a stable, flat surface.
- Press and hold the power button on the motor unit to begin chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold longer for finer results. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute.
- Release the power button to stop.
Using the Whisk Attachment
- Assemble the whisk as described in the Setup section.
- Place the whisk into the ingredients in the 600ml beaker or another suitable container.
- Press and hold the power button to start whisking. Move the whisk in a circular motion for even aeration.
- Release the power button to stop.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or other liquids.
- All attachments (blending shaft, beaker, chopper bowl, chopper blade, whisk, whisk gear box) are dishwasher-safe. For best results, rinse them immediately after use.
- Exercise caution when handling the chopper blade and blending shaft blades as they are very sharp.
- Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place.
Troubleshooting
