3. Setup

1. Attaching the Hand Blender Shaft: Align the hand blender shaft with the motor unit and twist until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attaching the Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor unit by aligning and twisting until it clicks.
3. Attaching the Chopper: Place the chopper blade onto the center pin of the chopper bowl. Add ingredients. Place the chopper gear box onto the chopper bowl, then attach the motor unit to the chopper gear box by aligning and twisting until it clicks.

4. Operating Instructions

The MultiQuick 5 offers intuitive operation for various tasks.

4.1 Blending with the Hand Blender Shaft

• Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients.
• Select your desired speed using the 21-variable speed dial on top of the motor unit. Start with lower speeds for coarse results and increase for finer consistency.
• Press and hold the main power button to operate. For an extra boost of power, press the Turbo button.
• Move the blender up and down to ensure even blending.

4.2 Chopping with the Chopper Attachment

• Place ingredients into the chopper bowl (ensure they are cut into small pieces if necessary).
• Attach the motor unit as described in the Setup section.
• Press the main power button in short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold for a longer duration for finer results. Do not over-process.
