1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Assembly

3.4 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, clean the grill grates and water tray with warm soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the grill unit with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly.

For perfect searing and grill marks, activate the 500°C boost zone. Refer to the specific instructions in your grill's manual for activating this feature, usually by pressing or turning the dial to the maximum setting.

4.4 Slow Cooking Function

The precise temperature control and practical lid make this grill ideal for slow cooking dishes like pulled pork or spare ribs. Set the temperature to a lower range (e.g., 80-150°C) and allow for longer cooking times.

4.5 Using the Integrated Core Thermometer

• Insert the core thermometer probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bone.
• Connect the probe to the designated port on the grill unit.
• The internal temperature of your food will be displayed on the OLED screen, allowing for precise cooking.

4.6 Grilling Food

• Once preheated, place your food on the grill grates.
• Close the lid for faster and more even cooking, especially for larger items.
• Monitor cooking progress and internal temperature using the core thermometer.

4.7 Timer Function

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
