Setup Guide

3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker, including the water reservoir and ice basket, with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry.
4. Placement: Place the ice maker on a level, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
5. Add Water: Open the top cover and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX water level mark. Do not overfill.

Operating Instructions

Your TRUSTECH Ice Maker is designed for intelligent one-touch operation:

• Power On: Press the ON/OFF button to start the ice making process.
• Select Ice Size: Use the 'S' (Small) or 'L' (Large) buttons to choose your preferred ice cube size. The selected size will be indicated by an illuminated LED.
• Ice Production: The ice maker will begin producing ice. You can expect 9 ice cubes to be ready in approximately 6-8 minutes.
• Monitor Indicators:
  • The 'WATER' indicator light will illuminate when the water reservoir needs refilling. Add more water to continue ice production.
  • The 'FULL' indicator light will illuminate when the ice basket is full. Remove ice from the basket to allow the machine to resume ice making.
• Harvesting Ice: Use the provided ice scoop to remove ice from the basket.

Maintenance and Cleaning

• Self-Cleaning Function: Your ice maker features a convenient self-cleaning mode. To activate, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. The machine will automatically run a cleaning cycle.
• Regular Cleaning:

  • Remove the ice basket and clean it with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  • Drain any remaining water from the reservoir by removing the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit.
