4.2. Refilling the Torch

  1. Ensure the torch is turned off and cooled down.
  2. Hold the butane gas canister upside down.
  3. Align the nozzle of the butane canister with the refill valve at the bottom of the torch.
  4. Press firmly and hold for approximately 10 seconds until the torch is full. A slight hiss indicates gas transfer.
  5. Wait a few minutes after refilling before ignition to allow the gas to stabilize.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your Sondiko Butane Torch Burner:

  1. Attach to Gas Canister: Align the projection of the spray gun with the groove of the gas tank. Press down and rotate 45° to the right to securely attach it.
  2. Turn on Gas: Locate the gas switch (usually a knob or lever) and turn it to the "ON" position or rotate it to allow gas flow. You may hear a faint hiss.
  3. Ignite Flame: Press the electronic ignition button. The torch should ignite instantly. For continuous flame, press the button once.
  4. Adjust Flame: Use the flame adjustment knob (often located at the rear or side of the torch) to increase or decrease the flame intensity and size. Rotate clockwise for a smaller flame, counter-clockwise for a larger flame.
  5. 360° Inverted Use: For applications requiring inverted use, ignite the torch and allow it to burn for several seconds in an upright position before turning it upside down. This ensures stable operation.
  6. Turn Off: To extinguish the flame, turn the gas switch to the "OFF" position or rotate it to stop gas flow. Ensure the flame is completely out before storing.
  7. Engage Safety Lock: After use, engage the safety lock mechanism to prevent accidental ignition.
