- Ensure the lid is securely closed and the safety device is engaged before starting the grinder.
- Do not operate the mill continuously for more than 3 minutes to prevent overheating. Allow the machine to cool down between uses.
- This appliance is designed for grinding DRIED/DEHYDRATED materials only. Do not use with wet, fresh, oily, or sticky materials.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the grinding chamber during operation.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.

- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the grinder for any signs of damage.
- Placement: Place the grinder on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Ensure the voltage of your power supply matches the grinder's requirements (110V for this model). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing for Grinding
- Ensure the grinding chamber is clean and dry.
- Add the desired amount of dry material into the grinding chamber. Do not overfill; the capacity is 300g (0.66lb).
- Close the lid tightly. Ensure both safety buckles are engaged and you hear a clear click, indicating the induction switch is triggered. The machine will not operate if the lid is not properly secured.
4.2 Grinding Process
- Once the lid is securely closed, connect the power.
- Rotate the timer switch to set the desired grinding time (0-5 minutes). The grinder will start automatically.
- For general grains, 30 seconds to 3 minutes is typically sufficient to achieve a fine powder. Adjust grinding time based on the material and desired fineness.
- To stop the operation immediately, turn the timer switch back to zero.
4.3 Grinding Results and Material Suitability
The grinder is effective for a wide range of dry materials, including grains, spices, coffee beans, and herbs. The fineness of the grind can be adjusted by varying the grinding time.
- If the initial grinding result is not fine enough, you can sieve out coarse particles and grind them again.
- Suitable Materials: Grains (wheat, corn, rice, soybeans), spices (pepper, cumin, dried chili), herbs, coffee beans, animal feed.
- Unsuitable Materials: Wet, fresh, oily, or sticky materials (e.g., fresh fruits, meat, nuts with high oil content, sugar). These materials can damage the grinder or lead to poor performance.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your grinder.
- Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any residual powder from the inside of the grinding jar.
- Wipe the inside of the jar and the exterior of the machine with a dry cloth.
- Important: The grinding jar is not detachable. Do not wash the grinding jar directly with water or rinse the motor base, as this can damage the electrical components.

5.2 Blade Replacement
If the blades become dull or damaged, they can be replaced using the spare blade sets provided.
- Ensure the grinder is unplugged.
- Unscrew one of the screws on the blade assembly and lift it up to jam the short blade.
- Use a wrench or socket (not included, but typically a standard tool) to loosen the locknut on the blades counter-clockwise.
- Carefully remove the old blades. Exercise caution to avoid injury.
- Install the new blades and tighten the locknut clockwise.

5.3 Carbon Brush Replacement
Carbon brushes are wear-and-tear parts. If the grinder stops working due to an overload/overheat state and does not resume after cooling, replacing the carbon brushes may be necessary.
- Ensure the grinder is unplugged.
- Locate the carbon brush covers on the sides of the motor housing.
- Use a flattened tip screwdriver to loosen the nut on the carbon brush cover.
- Carefully remove the old carbon brush.
- Install a new carbon brush from the provided set and tighten the nut securely.
- Replace both carbon brushes together for balanced performance.

6. Troubleshooting
Grinder Does Not Start
- Lid Safety Device: If the machine does not start after being turned on, it may be because the induction switches inside the safety device are not triggered. Adjust the lid to ensure both rods are pushed completely into the buckle structures on both sides, leaving no space. Ensure you hear a clear click when closing the lid.
- Power Connection: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Timer Setting: Ensure the timer switch is set to a grinding duration and not at zero.

Grinder Stops During Operation
- Overload/Overheat Protection: The grinder is equipped with an overload protector. If the motor is overloaded or overheats, it will automatically stop. Allow the machine to cool down for at least 10-15 minutes. After cooling, press the red overload protector button on the base to reset it, then resume operation.
- Lid Opened: If the lid is accidentally opened during operation, the safety device will immediately stop the machine. Close the lid securely to resume.
