Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and speaker case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents. For the ear tips, gently remove them and clean with a damp cloth, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.
Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the entire unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Water Resistance (IPX4)
The Helix BoomWireless is IPX4 water resistant, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes it suitable for workouts and light rain. However, it is not designed for submersion in water. Do not expose the device to running water or use it while swimming or showering.
