Setup

1. Battery Installation (if not pre-installed)

The CR2032 battery is typically pre-installed. If you need to install or replace it:

  1. Locate the battery cover on the back of the sensor.
  2. Use a coin to gently twist the cover counter-clockwise to open.
  3. Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing upwards.
  4. Replace the cover and twist clockwise to secure it.

2. Attaching and Adjusting the Chest Strap

  1. Attach the sensor to the two snap fasteners on the chest strap.
  2. Moisten the two electrode areas on the back of the chest strap with water or electrode gel. This ensures good contact with your skin.
  3. Place the chest strap around your chest, just below your pectoral muscles. The sensor should be centered on your chest.
  4. Adjust the strap length using the buckle for a snug, comfortable fit. It should be tight enough to stay in place but not restrict breathing.

1. Pairing with Devices and Apps

The moofit HR6 supports both Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity. Ensure the monitor is worn correctly and active (heart rate detected) before attempting to pair.

Note: The moofit HR6 can connect to multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously (e.g., a phone and a watch) and an unlimited number of ANT+ devices.

2. During Exercise

Once paired, your device or app will display your real-time heart rate. The HR6 continuously transmits data, allowing you to monitor your intensity and calorie consumption.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Chest Strap

After each use, detach the sensor from the strap. Rinse the elastic strap under running water and hang it to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the strap, as this can damage the electrodes.

2. Cleaning the Sensor

Wipe the sensor clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the sensor is dry before storing.

3. Battery Replacement

When the battery is low, your connected device or app may indicate a weak signal or no heart rate data. Replace the CR2032 battery as described in the "Setup" section. Dispose of used batteries responsibly.
