2. Safety Instructions
To prevent injury and ensure safe operation, adhere to the following safety guidelines:
- Always consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
- Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance around it (at least 2 feet at the rear and sides).
- Ensure the safety key is properly attached to your clothing and the treadmill console before starting.
- Do not allow children or pets near the treadmill while it is in operation.
- Wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught.
- Do not operate the treadmill if it is damaged or malfunctioning.
- Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning/maintenance.
- The maximum user weight for this treadmill is 220 lbs (100 kg). Do not exceed this limit.
- Maintain a firm grip on the handrails when starting or stopping the treadmill, or if you feel unsteady.
- Do not step on or off the treadmill while the belt is moving.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 2 feet of clear space behind and on both sides of the treadmill for safety.
4.2 Handrail Configuration
The REDLIRO JK03F treadmill features a foldable handrail, allowing for two operational modes:
- Walking Mode: For under-desk use, the handrail can be folded down. This limits the maximum speed.
- Running Mode: For higher speeds and added stability, raise the handrail to its upright position.

4.3 Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the treadmill's power input port.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a grounded 110V electrical outlet.
- Ensure the power switch on the treadmill is in the "ON" position.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Getting Started
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing. The magnetic end of the safety key must be placed on the designated area of the console for the treadmill to operate.
- Stand on the side rails of the treadmill, not on the running belt.
- Press the Power button on the remote control to turn on the treadmill.
5.2 Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows you to manage all treadmill functions:
- Power Button: Turns the treadmill ON/OFF.
- '+' Button: Increases speed.
- '-' Button: Decreases speed.
- 'M' Button: Cycles through different modes (e.g., manual, preset programs).
- 'P' Button: Selects preset programs.

5.3 Walking Mode (Handrail Down)
With the handrail folded down, the treadmill operates in walking mode, ideal for use under a standing desk.
- Maximum speed in this mode is typically 4.0 MPH.
- Use the remote control to adjust speed.

5.4 Running Mode (Handrail Up)
When the handrail is in the upright position, the treadmill can be used for jogging and running at higher speeds.
- Speed range is 0.5-7.5 MPH.
- Hold the handrails for balance, especially when increasing speed.

5.5 Preset Programs
The treadmill includes 12 preset programs. To select a program:
- Press the 'M' button to enter program selection mode.
- Use the 'P' button to cycle through the 12 available programs.
- Once a program is selected, the treadmill will automatically adjust speed according to the program's profile.
5.6 LED Display
The LED display provides real-time feedback on your workout:
- TIME: Duration of your workout.
- CAL: Estimated calories burned.
- SPEED: Current speed of the running belt.
- DIST: Distance covered during your workout.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
- Wipe down the console and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Regularly vacuum underneath the treadmill to prevent dust and debris buildup.
6.2 Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to ensure smooth operation and prolong its lifespan.
- Unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen the rear roller bolts slightly to lift the belt.
- Apply a small amount of the provided silicone lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
- Tighten the rear roller bolts.
- Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 1-2 MPH) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.
- Lubricate every 3-6 months, or after approximately 50 hours of use, depending on usage frequency.
6.3 Belt Adjustment
