General Operation

The Bear Yogurt Maker features a smart microcomputer timer and one-touch buttons for ease of use. The temperature is preset for each function automatically.

Making Yogurt (Fresh Yogurt)

  7. Cool: Remove the glass container, cover with its lid, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to cool and thicken before serving.

Making Greek Yogurt

Other Functions (Cheese, Fruit Wine)
