Introduction

The Ruko 1088 Smart Robot is an interactive and programmable companion designed for children aged 4-9 years. This robot offers a wide range of functions including storytelling, dancing, music, and recording capabilities, fostering creativity and logical thinking through interactive play. It can be controlled via a 2.4GHz remote, a dedicated mobile application with gravity sensor mode, or through voice commands.

Setup

1. Charging the Robot

The Ruko 1088 robot features a rechargeable battery. Connect the provided charging cable to the robot's charging port (located on its back) and to a compatible USB power source. A red indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off once fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 150 minutes and provides up to 100 minutes of play time.

2. Remote Control Battery Installation

The remote control requires 2 AA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators, and close the compartment securely.

3. Powering On/Off

To power on the robot, locate the power switch on its back and slide it to the 'ON' position. The robot's eyes will light up, indicating it's ready. To power off, slide the switch to the 'OFF' position.

1. Remote Control Operation

The included 2.4GHz remote control allows for comprehensive command of the Ruko 1088 robot. Use the directional buttons to move the robot forward, backward, left, and right. Dedicated buttons on the remote activate various pre-programmed actions, music, dances, and storytelling modes. Refer to the remote's button layout for specific functions.

2. App Control (Carle App)

For enhanced control and programming capabilities, download the "Carle App" on your smartphone. Connect the robot via Bluetooth. The app offers intuitive controls, including a gravity-sensor mode for movement, and allows users to program up to 200 unique movements, fostering creativity and logical thinking.

3. Voice Control

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the robot's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish. Ensure no liquids enter the electronic components.

2. Storage

When not in use, store the robot in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the robot's battery is partially charged (around 50%) and remove batteries from the remote control to prevent leakage.

3. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the robot's battery frequently. A low-power reminder will alert you when charging is needed. Always use the provided charging cable.
