3. Setup and Assembly

  1. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the removable stainless steel tray, plastic compartment, spoon, and fork with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not wash the main external lunch box unit with water directly.
  2. Insert Tray: Place the clean stainless steel tray into the main lunch box unit. If desired, place the smaller plastic compartment inside the stainless steel tray for food separation.
  3. Prepare Food: Place your prepared food into the stainless steel tray.
  4. Secure Lid: Close the lid of the lunch box and ensure all four side clips are securely fastened to prevent spills and maintain heat.

4. Operating Instructions

The HengLiSam Electric Lunch Box offers versatile heating options for various environments.

4.1. Heating Food

  1. Ensure food is placed in the stainless steel tray and the lid is securely closed.
  2. For Home/Office Use (110V): Connect the 110V power cord to the lunch box and then plug it into a standard wall outlet.
  3. For Car/Truck Use (12V/24V): Connect the 12V/24V power cord to the lunch box and then plug it into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
  4. The power indicator light on the front of the lunch box will illuminate, indicating that heating has begun.
  5. Allow 20-40 minutes for food to heat thoroughly. Heating time may vary based on food type, quantity, and initial temperature. The lunch box uses PTC constant temperature heating for safe and even warming.
  6. Once heated, unplug the lunch box before opening the lid and consuming your meal.

5. Care and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your electric lunch box.

  • Removable Tray and Compartment: The stainless steel tray and plastic compartment are dishwasher safe. They can also be hand-washed with warm soapy water.
  • External Unit: The main external lunch box unit should NOT be washed directly with water or immersed in water. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly.
  • Storage: Store the lunch box in a dry, cool place when not in use.
