4. Sizing Guide

To ensure the correct fit, measure your thigh circumference approximately 4 inches (10 cm) above the center of your kneecap. Refer to the table below to select the appropriate size.

Brand SizeThigh Circumference (in)
Small/Medium (pack of 1)13.5 - 18
Large/X-Large(pack of 1)18 - 20.5
2X-Large/3X-Large(pack of 1)20.5 - 23
4X-Large/5X-Large (pack of 1)23 - 26

If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is generally recommended to choose the larger size for comfort, especially if you prefer a less restrictive fit.

5. Setup and Wearing Instructions

Follow these steps to properly wear and adjust your ABYON Adjustable Knee Brace:

  1. Unfold the Brace: Lay the knee brace flat with the patella opening facing up.
  2. Position the Brace: Place the brace around your knee, ensuring the circular opening is centered over your kneecap (patella). The ABYON logo should be at the top.
  3. Secure Main Straps: Wrap the main body of the brace around your knee and secure the primary hook-and-loop fasteners at the back of your knee. Ensure it is snug but not overly tight.
  4. Adjust Compression Straps: Take the two elastic crossed compression straps. Wrap one strap from the top-outer side of your thigh, crossing it diagonally over the front of the brace and securing it to the inner-lower side. Repeat with the other strap from the top-inner side, crossing it diagonally to the outer-lower side. Adjust these straps to achieve your desired level of compression and support.
  5. Final Adjustment: Flex and extend your knee a few times to ensure the brace moves comfortably with your leg. Make any minor adjustments to the straps for optimal fit and comfort. The anti-slip silicone strips should help keep the brace in place.
