Safety Information

WARNING: This product is designed for use with high-pressure washers and high-pressure water hoses ONLY. DO NOT connect to a standard water hose or garden hose. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or damage to the product.

Setup

  1. Assemble the Gun:
    • Attach the 15-inch gun wand to the gun handle by screwing it securely.
    • If desired, attach the 16-inch extension wand to the 15-inch gun wand to achieve a longer reach (total 40 inches).

  2. Connect to Pressure Washer Hose:
    • Identify the fitting type of your pressure washer hose.
    • If your hose connector is M22 with an inner diameter of 14mm, connect it directly to the gun.
    • If your hose connector is M22 with an inner diameter of 15mm, use the provided brass M22 14mm female to M22 15mm male connector to ensure a proper, leak-free connection.
    • Ensure all connections are tightened by hand, then use a wrench if necessary, but do not overtighten.

  3. Install Nozzle Tip:
    • Pull back the collar on the 1/4-inch quick connect end of the wand.
    • Insert the desired nozzle tip into the quick connect fitting.
    • Release the collar to lock the nozzle in place. Tug gently on the nozzle to ensure it is securely seated.

Operation

Using the Pressure Washer Gun

  1. Ensure all connections are secure and the correct nozzle is installed.
  2. Connect your pressure washer to a water source and power supply according to its own instruction manual.
  3. Unlock the safety trigger lock on the gun handle.
  4. Point the nozzle away from yourself and others, towards the area to be cleaned.
  5. Squeeze the trigger to begin spraying. Release the trigger to stop the flow.
  6. When finished, engage the safety trigger lock.

The Hourleey Pressure Washer Gun comes with 5 interchangeable nozzle tips, each designed for specific cleaning tasks:

Maintenance

  • After each use, disconnect the gun from the pressure washer and flush it with clean water to remove any detergent or debris.
  • Inspect all O-rings and connections for wear or damage. Replace O-rings as needed (5 spare O-rings are included).
  • Clean nozzle tips regularly to prevent clogging. A small wire or nozzle cleaning tool can be used to clear blockages.
