3. Setup

Unboxing

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all items listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present and undamaged.

Charging the Remote

The detachable Bluetooth remote control comes with a built-in 50mAh rechargeable Lithium battery. To charge, connect the remote to a 5V/110mAh USB-C power source using the provided charging cable. The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

Attaching Your Phone

1. Gently pull open the phone holder clamps.
2. Insert your smartphone into the holder, ensuring it is securely gripped by the clamps. The holder accommodates devices with widths up to 3.54 inches.
3. Adjust the phone holder's rotation (up to 270 degrees) and angle (up to 180 degrees) to achieve your desired orientation (horizontal or vertical).

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the Bluetooth remote control by pressing and holding the button until the indicator light flashes.
2. On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
3. Select "ATUMTEK" or a similar device name from the list to pair. The indicator light on the remote will turn solid when successfully paired.
4. Open your phone's camera app. The remote control button will now act as your shutter button.

Selfie Stick Mode

To use as a selfie stick, ensure the tripod legs are folded into the handle. Extend the aluminum pole to your desired length (up to 31.3 inches). Hold the handle firmly and use the detachable Bluetooth remote to capture photos or start/stop video recording.

Tripod Mode

To set up the tripod, gently pull out the three legs from the base of the handle. Ensure the legs are fully extended and stable on a flat surface. You can adjust the height by extending the aluminum pole. This mode is ideal for stable shots, group photos, video calls, or watching content hands-free.

Adjusting Angles

The phone holder allows for both horizontal and vertical clamping. Additionally, the holder can rotate 270 degrees and pivot 180 degrees, providing flexibility to capture photos and videos from various perspectives. Simply loosen the adjustment knob, position your phone, and tighten the knob to secure the angle.
