4. Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Place the cooler on a stable, level surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
Connecting to Power
The cooler can be powered by two different sources:
- 12V DC (Car): Connect the 12V car adapter cable to the cooler's 12V DC input and then to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- 230V AC (Home/Mains): Connect the 230V AC power cable to the cooler's 230V AC input and then to a standard household electrical outlet.
Ensure the correct cable is used for the respective power source. The integrated cable compartment in the lid allows for easy storage of connections when not in use.

5. Operating Instructions
Once connected to a power source, the cooler is ready for operation. The control panel on the lid allows you to manage its functions.
Cooling Function
To activate cooling, switch the cooler to the 'COLD' setting. The cooler will begin to cool its contents to approximately 20°C below the ambient temperature. For optimal cooling performance, pre-chill items before placing them in the cooler.
Warming Function (if applicable)
Some models may feature a warming function. If available, switch the cooler to the 'HOT' setting. This will warm the contents to a certain temperature, typically around 65°C. Refer to the specific model's controls for details.
Temperature Control
The cooler may feature an electronic 7-step thermostat with LED indicator lights to adjust the cooling/warming intensity. Consult the specific controls on your unit to set the desired temperature level.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your cooler.
- Cleaning: Clean the interior and exterior of the cooler with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Condensation: After extended use, condensation may form inside the cooler. This is normal. Wipe away any water droplets immediately to prevent damage. Do not use ice packs or loose ice inside the cooler, as meltwater can cause damage.
- Ventilation: Periodically check that the ventilation grilles are free from dust and debris to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
- Storage: When not in use, ensure the cooler is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place with the lid slightly ajar to prevent odors and mildew.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your cooler, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Cooler not turning on:
- Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the cooler and the power source.
- Verify that the power outlet (12V or 230V) is functional.
- Ensure the ON/OFF switch on the cooler is in the 'ON' position.
- Insufficient cooling:
- Ensure the cooler is set to the 'COLD' mode.
- Check that the ventilation grilles are not blocked.
- The cooling performance depends on the ambient temperature. In very hot environments, the maximum cooling capacity (20°C below ambient) may still result in a higher internal temperature.
- Pre-chill items before placing them in the cooler for best results.
- Excessive noise:
- Ensure the cooler is placed on a stable, flat surface.
- Check for any obstructions in the fan area.
- A slight fan noise is normal during operation.
If the problem persists after checking these points, please contact customer support.
