Setup Guide

1. Powering the Baby Unit

  1. Place the baby unit in your baby's room, ensuring it is out of reach of the baby.
  2. Connect one of the power adapters to the baby unit's power jack.
  3. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet. The power indicator light on the baby unit will illuminate.

2. Powering the Parent Unit

  1. Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the parent unit. Insert the two AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
  2. Connect Power: Connect the second power adapter to the parent unit's power jack.
  3. Charge Batteries: Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet. Allow the parent unit to charge for at least 12 hours before initial use to ensure full battery capacity. The battery indicator will show charging status.

3. Positioning the Units

  • Place the baby unit at least 1 meter (3 feet) away from the baby to avoid feedback.

Turning On/Off

  • To turn on either unit, press and hold the POWER button until the power indicator light illuminates.

  • On the parent unit, press the VOL ▼ button to decrease the listening volume.
